**Ive seen a great many things in my lifetime Things of wonder, grace, magic and beauty, And yet through all my wanderings Ive never witnessed beauty Such as this
Golden light of a burning sunset caught in silver white tresses, The dying light of day dancing in her crimson eyes Her tender smile, Her gentle touch, Her warm embrace,
Yes there are many things that Ive seen in my lifetime But nothing compares to this Nothing compares to
Walking along his favorite trails at his home in Scottland, Logan McDarrow gazes lovingly upon the object of his affection. The dry leaves crunch under their feet as they walk, the warm rays of the setting sun contrasting with the brisk autumn breeze, casting all the world in a warm orange glow. Timidly he steals glances upon the young lass who walks at his side. Taking his hand in hers she continues to walk forward with a smile on her face. His heart races as the sparks ignite. In his head run thoughts of how to tell her of his affections, but for once in the Magicians life, Words fail him... He gazes down at her again to see her warmly smiling up at him. And it was then that he knew. Her emotions... Mirrored his own...
Above is the poem, and beneath that, a short little story. Logan McDarrow and Little Lotti. He really loves her he does.
